A man verily becomes liberated in life if he feels; [Whatever he determines as ultimate reality] is the Doer [and that is already Perfected (its nature is empty of itself. Appears yet is empty, empty yet appears. This is the meaning of the Heart Sutra, all phenomena is in this nature truly. If we are not yet realised it is because we still cling to delusion, creating the duality, that does recognise the nondual state].
[That ultimate reality] is ‘doing’ everything [actually no doing, perfected on arising]
I am doing nothing [as this is just a reflection of that perfection- indivisible with that].
Man’s sufferings and worries spring only from his persistent thought that he is the doer.
[In another light could look at that as sin or negativity, in the Bible this perception of separation from God meant Adam and Eve had to leave of the Garden of Eden,
in the Buddha Dharma the problem is not recognising, the true nature of reality (of self and other phenomena)].
